An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a digital card built into your smartphone or device. Unlike traditional physical cards that need to be inserted into your phone, eSIMs are remotely activated and managed. This means you can switch carriers or plans without having to physically swap out SIM cards.

To use an eSIM, your phone needs to be eSIM-compatible. Many newer smartphone models support eSIM technology. You can check your phone's settings or consult your phone's manufacturer to determine if it is eSIM-compatible.

Activating your Telsim prepaid eSIM is a breeze. After purchasing a plan online or through a retail outlet, simply head to the Activation Page and follow the instructions outlined there.

Unused data (excluding promo, bonus, gift data or data from data-only plans) automatically rolls over into your Data Bank up to a maximum limit of 500GB. You can tap into this once you've used up your monthly data allowance. However, remember to recharge with an equal or higher plan within 24 hours of expiry to avoid forfeiting your unused and accumulated data. 

Yes. Telsim's Data Gifting feature allows you to share up to 50% of your included data per recharge or usage period with another active Telsim plan that also includes the Data Gifting feature. It's a great way to help a friend or family member who might need extra data.
