Warranty and Refund policy for refurbished devices and accessories.
Customers are our wealth. Our mission is to “make sure that our customers get the best hardware and software experience.” We ensure that you will get the best experience while using our refurbished devices. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the device, we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase under certain conditions.
Conditions where warranty or Refund is not applicable
- Items that show signs of physical damage, misuse or external damage
- Non returnable items or Accessories such as earphones, screen protectors, phone cases, consumables (e.g, cables, wires, plugs and charging cables) and gift cards.
- Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: If an unauthorised person has altered, tampered with, or repaired the device.
- Wear and tear: The device’s normal ageing process, including screen wear and back cover deterioration or worn-out buttons.
- Natural catastrophes (storms, fires, floods, and earthquakes), accidents involving transportation, and liquid exposure, excessive pressure, or any external force.
- Software Alterations: These comprise any changes made to the operating system, including jailbreaking.
- Cosmetic Damage: Surface flaws like dents, scratches, or broken plastic parts.
- Accessories that are not original—damage brought on by third-party hardware, such as fake cables and chargers.
- If the device’s serial number or IMEI has been altered or deleted, it is considered tampered.
- Installation of Unauthorised Software: Devices that have been altered to run unapproved software.
- Warranty Expired: If the problem occurs after the warranty period has passed.
- Absence of Proof of Purchase: If no legitimate proof of purchase is given, or if the information is altered or does not correspond to the product’s serial number.
- Locked Devices: These are gadgets that have an iCloud or password lock.
Within 7 days of the date of delivery, you may return the device unused, in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging with its original tags, for a refund if it turns out to be damaged or defective if the device experiences a major failure.
