All online orders are shipped free with express delivery across Australia through Australia Post. If your order is approved by 12pm AEST on a business day, your order will be dispatched that day and should be received within 3-7 working days.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact details while placing the order. Telsim and its partners will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address you submitted incorrectly. You will be given the opportunity to review and confirm your address on the review section of the website while placing the order. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us by calling 1300-TELSIM.
